A wine of texture and breadth, the Pinot Noir is seriously impressive right out of the gate. Kirsch, pear, dried flowers, mint, white pepper and floral notes fill out the layers effortlessly. What a gorgeous wine this is. It's all precision and class here. No dosage. Disgorged: February 2024.
