The 2020 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Amphora is a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Blanc and 5% Arbanne done in terracotta amphora. Brisk, finely cut and chiseled to the core, the Blanc de Blancs i: terrific in this edition. Bracing saline notes extend the mid-palate into the sculpted finish. What a gorgeous wine this is.
