Château Virgile Description
Located in the extreme southwest of the Costières de Nîes appellation area, on the Gallician terroir, the family estate Château Virgile, with a surface area of 35 hectares, is located on sunny hillsides overlooking the Petite Camargue natural park, offering a magnificent view of the wild marshes.
The "L'Eneide" bottling is a selection of the oldest vines aged 45-90yrs old.
Tasting Note: A refined and elegant vintage with a spicy nose of cinnamon and clove. The palate is round and long, the tannins are discreet, the initial sensation of mocha is then combined with notes of jammy red fruits.
Wine Pairing: A grilled rib of beef or a duck breast.
