Ziata Description
Ziata's 2018 is 100% clone 7, which provides a solid foundation to carry all aspects of the wine through the aging process. Layers of dark fruit—plum, blackberry and black currant—are swirled with notes of anise, leather, warm spices and hints of chocolate. The resulting wine is powerful, yet restrained, with a complex mouthfeel and integrated tannins leading into a long finish.A perfectly balanced Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 is drinking beautifully now, but will evolve for another 20+ years.
