Teutonic Wine Company Description
Old & Cold, High & Dry, Wood & Wild: that's what it says on the back label of our Crow Valley Pinot Noir. It's a cold site, the vineyard is dry farmed (no irrigation), and the wine is fermented in neutral oak barrels using only wild yeast from the vineyard. All these elements combine to create wines that reflect the Alpine styles of Northern Italy, Alsace France, and the Mosel Valley in Germany.
