A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, the 2015 RMS Sparkling Brut opens with aromas of bruised red apple and baked yellow pear with notes of pastry dough and crushed stone. Dry with very crisp acidity and finely beaded bubbles, it features red apples and brioche in the mouth, finishing on a mineral note. 120 cases produced.
