The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Incubo is another fabulous wine from Aaron Pott's Mount Veeder estate. Inky dark fruit, grilled herbs, leather, incense, licorice and dried flowers power through in this dense, explosive Cabernet Sauvignon.

Mainly Cabernet Sauvignon, with a smaller portion of Cabernet Franc, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Incubo is Pott's top effort from his estate vineyard on Mount Veeder. Black cherries and raspberries are joined by a subtle herbal (sage?) note. The balance of this full-bodied wine is exquisite, being firm and structured but not overly so and also ripe but not overly so, finishing with terrific length and a gentle wash of silky tannins.
Only 150 cases were produced.
