The most recent NV Rosé de Saignée Brut was sourced in a single plot named La Brousse, which is entirely planted with Pinot Meunier. The wine has a dark salmon color with ruby reflections and offers a vinous bouquet of redcurrant, cherries and strawberries. Full-bodied, pure and fresh with a vinous red wine character, this is an expressive wine to be served with food. There is nice gritty and mineral tension here, but this cuvée needs time. Total production: 1,500 bottles.
