Terroir: Sourced from three lieux-dits with sandy-textured soil: Les Saucours, Aux Fournaux, Ez Connardises with a combined vineyard area of 2.0ha (4.94 acres) with vines planted from 1955 to 1990.
Vinous
The 2022 Savigny-lès-Beaune Village has an intense bouquet, a mixture of red and blue fruit and a touch of violet. The palate is medium-bodied with light grip, fresh and quite saline with a nicely composed, harmonious finish. Not enormous length, but it conveys a sense of Pinoté.
