Tasting Note: Bright aromas of lemon, orange blossom, fresh baked apple pie, and river stone on the nose of the 2022 Sta. Rita Hills AVA Chardonnay. On the palate bright, taut acidity and delicate flavors of candied lemon, crushed oyster shells with a generous body and a lingering hint of sea salt on the finish. Perfectly expresses the tension of bright sun and cool sea air in the Sta. Rita Hills.

The barrel-fermented 2022 Chardonnay Sta. Rita Hills has vibrant scents of green pear, acacia, hazelnuts and beeswax. The palate is light-bodied and laser-focused yet offers a highly concentrated core of creamy fruit, and it has a long, nutty finish. It will benefit from a couple of years in bottle.
