Vinous: 90 Points
The 2022 Chablis Montmains ler Cru has an enticing bouquet: crushed stone, touches of melted wax and sea spray. This is nicely focused but subtle. The palate is well balanced with a crisp bead of acidity- citrus-fresh, with tangy orange peel and nectarine emerging toward the finish. Drink it over the next five to seven years.

Here the wood influence is subtle on the cooler aromas of white flowers, various citrus elements and just enough Chablis typicity to be persuasive. There is both good volume and richness allied to a lovely sense of refinement on the middleweight flavors that exude a subtle bead of minerality that serves to add a sense of lift on the slightly firmer, clean and dry finale.
