The 2021 Bourgogne Aligoté is a maiden release that was raised in clay jars, but more closed than amphora. It has an attractive apple blossom and white tea scented nose. The palate is well balanced with crisp, citric acidity on the entry, bright with a lemon zest finish. Fine.
