The 2021 DETAILS Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from the finest appellations in Sonoma County. The majority of the Cabernet Sauvignon for the blend comes from Sonoma Valley. Knights Valley is a cooler climates for Cabernet Sauvignon, which bring elegance, nuance, and acid structure to the blend.
On the nose, there are elegant aromas of violets and sweet toffee followed by fresh raspberries, spiced tobacco, and potpourri. Flavors of black cherry and cassis are met with a vibrant minerality and a lingering, bright acidity.
