It inspires the pleasure of spring rediscovered and the arrival of beautiful days. It reveals itself at first shyly, on discreet notes of citrus fruits and acacia flower. Then it opens and plays crescendo to unfold honeyed, even toasted, notes on a lively finish.
Winemaker's suggestion: Les Charmes is ideal for the first aperitif of the year on the terrace or to successfully enhance a beautiful platter of Touraine charcuterie (rillettes de Tours and rillons). It will give pride of place to seafood and Loire fish rillettes.

The 2022 Vouvray Les Charmes is a pure, attractive style with honeydew melon, nectarine and beeswax flavors. It's off-dry, with just under 7g/l of residual sugar adding roundness and easygoing appeal. This is a wine that can be supped from the off.
