The new red 2021 Cosecha Selection was produced from a lot that remained from the bottling of the young Cosecha from 2021 that they kept and bottled a little later, still unoaked. It has the nose of a young and fruit-driven red with time in bottle where the baby fat melts and the primary aromas gain in complexity and subtleness, getting more depth and a polished, sleek and elegant palate. Furthermore, 2021 was a very good year for freshness and balance, and this wine shows it.
