The Vinos de Madrid appellation falls just outside of, well... Madrid. The region is the story of the revival of old vineyards and renewed interest in an ancient wine-producing area. Many of these wines center around the use of old-vine Grenacha found in the recently revived vineyard sites. Between the quality of the wines and the wallet friendly prices, it's no wonder these wines have garnered so much attention from both critics and consumers, alike.
