Marchesi di Grésy Description
In1982 the Marchesi di Gresy began to confer the pomace of Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Moscato, Chardonnay and Sauvignon to the Bricco Albano Distillery in Barbaresco. They uses copper distillation to distill with pressure values lower than atmospheric ones, obtaining grappa at considerably lower temperatures: this simply allows you to keep precious aromas that normally evaporate during distillation. The Grappa di Nebbiolo is medium bodied with aromas of plums, sweet herbs, and minerals. It's forceful on the palate with some heat through the finish.
