Process: We locally foraged rum cherries and juniper berries. Infused citrus peels, cloves, cardamom and other spices. Added late harvest viognier grapes during infusion. Aged 2 years in mix of neutral oak and 2nd year Stockinger barrel.

Tasting Notes: Dried citrus, Sichuan peppercorn.
Pairing Ideas: Fireplace, Christmas Eve waiting for Santa. Drink over ice during summer, top with sparkling water & lime to imbibe all day.
