Savor Texas' Balcones Whisky!

Based in Waco, Tx, Balcones opened its doors in 2008 in an old welding shop under a bridge. The first Texas distillery to produce a whisky since Prohibition, this distillery has won numerous awards and accolades over the years, including the honor of being named Best Craft Distiller Whisky in 2018 at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

These fiercely proud Texans have been producing exceptional iterations of whisky using different ingredients found in their proverbial backyard.

Cocktail to Try:

Without a Doubt
2 ounces Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whisky
¾ ounce grenadine
¾ ounce lemon juice
Lemon twist, for garnish
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake. Double-strain into a cocktail glass and serve with lemon twist.
